As we close out 2025, what an extraordinary year for Nineteen. Multiple launches. Eight acquisitions by Christmas Day. 25% organic growth.
Oliver Kinross is now fully integrated post-earn-out. Michael Wong continues building a stellar team in Hong Kong, while further south, Ping Ping's operations are fully cemented with the launch of S&S Asia, exceeding all expectations.

My 2025 highlight has been watching our talent develop through formal training and on-the-job experience. Every department has delivered training this year, and the feedback from trainers is unanimous: we have an incredible group of talented Nineteeners across all departments and geographies. That makes me very proud!

Figen's unwavering advocacy following the loss of her son Martyn led to the landmark Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025, known as Martyn's Law – a testament to her remarkable strength and commitment to protecting others.
Ships Ahoy for Team RTS! 🚢🌊
Ahoy there! Team RTS and Ruth swapped the office for the high seas (well, the Thames!) last week to celebrate ExCel's 25th anniversary with a festive river cruise.
It was all hands on deck as they spent the evening rubbing shoulders with colleagues, suppliers, and familiar faces from across the industry – plus a few new friends! Between the laughs, the views, and maybe a cheeky drink or two, it was the perfect chance to toast ExCel's incredible legacy and get excited about what's coming next.

Walking in a (Retail) Winter Wonderland! 🏂❄️
Team RTS hit the slopes (well, sort of!) at Hyde Park's Winter Wonderland last week, sponsoring a Christmas networking event with WeComm – one of the retail industry's top talent scouts.
Katy Flaherty and Claudia Snape found themselves rubbing shoulders with some serious retail royalty, including the brilliant teams from Boots, Holland & Barrett, and Sweaty Betty.
It was the perfect evening to network with retail giants, catch up on the latest industry trends, and soak up the festive atmosphere!

ESS Team Shoots for the Stars (and Clay Pigeons!) 🎯
Earlier this month, the ESS squad treated themselves to a well-deserved night out, starting with dinner at the rather fancy Cicoria by Angela Harnett at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden. Very posh, very cultured!
After, they headed to Clays in Soho for some virtual clay pigeon shooting! Fortunately, there were no clay shooting-related casualties...!

Building for Success Ahead of 2026!
2025 has been an absolute whirlwind for Oliver Kinross! We kicked things off in New York, jetted down under to Sydney, launched in Melbourne, swung back to Chicago, and wrapped it all up with a bang in London.
The Build Expos have been on fire this year, and we're not just tooting our own horn when we say 2025 was our best year yet! Now we're gearing up to make 2026 even more EPIC!

As we team up with Nineteen to co-locate more shows, you'll be seeing a lot more of our faces around the Wimbledon office!
We're joining forces with the wider teams across Nineteen, and London Build will be getting a shiny new home at ExCel in 2026 – right alongside Elemental.
Great company, if we do say so ourselves! 🎉

Team HK kicked off the celebrations with an office lunch that hit all the right spots, followed by a Secret Santa exchange that delivered equal parts joy and (some) hilarious surprises!

Ben Agnew’s visit to No.11!
This marked a first for The Payments Association, underscoring our policy influence. Invited by Economic Secretary Lucy Rigby KC MP, the reception took place at No.11 and highlighted the UK’s ambition to lead globally in crypto, stablecoins, and digital assets.
Alongside this milestone, TPA’s policy team continues to press the Bank of England to strengthen its stablecoin proposals, calling for backing assets, holding limits, and the removal of the wholesale ban.
Exciting times for The Payments Association! Keep on smashing those goals in 2026!
A Very TPA XMAS!
The annual TPA member Christmas gathering proved a resounding success, with the award-nominated operations team delivering another standout event. More than 300 senior figures from across the payments industry came together for a festive evening of cocktails, prizes, and lively conversation, reaffirming the strength of our community and making the event a fitting celebration to close the year.
TPA's Record-Breaking Charity Work!
The TPA team was proud to welcome a representative from Papyrus to our recent town hall, marking the presentation of a £50,000 donation raised through our collective efforts this year.
Generated via a silent auction, a sponsored team walk, and PAY360 delegates generously forgoing their sandwiches, this funding will support two full-time roles dedicated to preventing young suicide. We could not be prouder of the impact achieved together.

And can we just say... You lot DELIVERED! Corporate chic took a backseat as sequins, sparkles, and jazz hands took center stage. The glamour? Absolutely off the charts! 💎✨

🎄 Christmas Jumper Day: Nineteen Style! 🎄
You know it's December when we're all digging through the back of our wardrobes trying to find that Christmas jumper we swore we put somewhere safe last year!
And once again, our Nineteeners did not disappoint! From tinselled delights, pom-poms galore, and enough yarn to make your nan blush, our Nineteeners have truly put the SLAY in sleigh bells!
And best of all...
Not only did we look good, but we were also able to raise money for a wonderful cause, Save the Children UK.

Spoiler alert: after some truly creative detective work (and maybe a red herring or two), justice prevailed, and the murderer was caught! 🔎🎉
