Brushes at the ready: Nineteen Acquires the National Painting and Decorating Show 🖌️🎨
We're pleased to announce that Nineteen has acquired the National Painting and Decorating Show – the UK’s annual trade exhibition for painting and decorating professionals! 🖼️🖌️
The National Painting and Decorating Show will be co-located with InstallerSHOW in Birmingham NEC from 23rd to 26th June 2026!
The acquisition will allow painting and decorating professionals the opportunity to experience all that InstallerSHOW has to offer, and will expand Nineteen's fast-growing portfolio of events! ✨

Nineteen Bring the Spark during National EV Week ⚡🔋
Nineteen is thrilled to launch a brand-new initiative, National EV Week, in partnership with The EV Café! 🚗⚡☕
Taking place from 1st to 5th December 2025, it will be the UK's first week-long celebration dedicated to electric vehicles and is a pivotal moment for the industry!
This will be an important opportunity to bring together leaders from transport, energy, and tech to engage in purposeful dialogue and spark practical solutions.🌍🫶

Nineteen is Tickled Pink for October! 🩷✨
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month - A time to come together and stand in solidarity with the millions of lives affected by breast cancer each year.
At Nineteen, we wanted to show our support and help raise funds for this important cause by raiding our wardrobes and finding our best pink outfits! From bright fuchsia jumpers to flamingo pink socks, our Nineteeners pulled out all the stops, looking pretty in pink for the day!

Coffee, Croissants, and New Connections! ☕🥐🤝
On Tuesday 14th October, we invited some of our fresh-faced Nineteeners to join Peter, Alison, Jon, and Ruth for our Newbies Breakfast! 🍳
With a hot coffee and fresh pastry in hand, we started with a quick round of snappy introductions to get to know our recruits better! 🫶
We then took a deep dive into everything Nineteen, learning where we came from, where we are today, and most importantly, where we are heading and how our talented recruits fit into that vision! 🫡

The content team teamed up with digiLED to kick off the first Pro Integration Future Europe webinar! Presenting live from the digiLED's spectacular Pixel Depot, the session was titled "Rewiring the Future: How Technology is Transforming the AV Landscape."
Our very own Mark Tilley played host, wrangling an all-star panel featuring Sanj Surati from Tiger Heart, Jessica Cooper from Pixel Artworks, and Ross Noonan from digiLED, taking a deep dive into all things AI, immersive tech, and digital wizardry in the AV world! 🪄🎩🐰

Geo-Cloning in Glasgow: Rachael Visits the SEC
Rachael Shattock headed north to Bonnie Scotland on behalf of Nineteen Group for a fab fam trip to the Scottish Event Campus (SEC), courtesy of AEO!
After a guided tour of the iconic venue, Rachael joined fellow AEO members and colleagues for a lively roundtable discussion about geo-cloning events, diving into the trials and tribulations of launching events in brand new territories!

The team has absolutely smashed Chicago Build Expo this year!
On just Day One, we had a record number of attendees walk through our doors – 5,823 to be precise – which is pretty epic! Especially when you compare that to the 7,346 who attended across both days in 2024.
Even better? The team has already booked 40% of the floor plan for next year's show! 🙌

The very FIRST Melbourne Build Expo officially launched this month, and what an event it was! With 12,000 guests, 300 speakers, and 150+ exhibitors, we showcased the best of Australian construction: innovation, collaboration, and industry-leading expertise all under one roof. 🥰
Huge thanks to Tristan Norman and Mike Costain for their brilliant insights on stage. We can't wait to work even closer with them as we continue to expand and BUILD (pun definitely intended) momentum across the region! 💪

Celebrating 50 Years of Security in Singapore! 🔐👮
Last month, Nineteen helped ASIS International (Singapore Chapter) blow out 50 candles at their Golden Anniversary bash, and what a night it was!
We rubbed shoulders with the security industry's finest while celebrating five decades of keeping things safe and sound. But the real highlight? The incredible community spirit that filled the room. 🫶
Ping Ping and the team had a blast representing Nineteen at the celebration, making connections, and joining in the festivities.

Speakers, Challenges, and Chocolates! 📣🍫
The challenge was set: Who could sign up the most speakers for our November Singapore events? The team hustled and pulled out all the stops to bring in as many speakers as they could!
And the winner is... Yun Wen! 🎉
Huge congrats to Yun Wen, who brought serious AGILITY and DRIVE to crush this challenge and claim first prize, a delicious box of chocolates!
But here's the best part: in true Nineteen style, Yun Wen showed KINDNESS and INCLUSIVITY by sharing her sweet victory with the entire office!

Val has officially entered her dog parent era, recently welcoming a Border Collie x Sheltie into her family! Though this unique mix may be new to many of us, it's the perfect match for Val as Border Collies have always been her favourite breed, and her previous pup was a Sheltie! 🐾
Both Val and her partner are excited (and mildly terrified) for the puppy zoomies, sleepless nights, and all the adorable chaos ahead!
