I am writing this after an extremely busy day at ESS at The NEC. Brilliant to now see The Emergency Tech Show become an established and important part of the event. Congratulations to all of the ESS/ETS team on the success of the show this year.
We are now entering a busy international show season with Chicago Build around the corner and then heading east with the launches of Safety & Security Singapore and Melbourne Build. Both are excellent examples of delivering significant revenues for a launch. Good luck to all the teams involved.

Blue Lights, Big Wins: Team ESS & ETS Deliver Top-Notch Event 🚑✨🥳
The Emergency Services Show and The Emergency Tech Show made an absolutely brilliant comeback to NEC Birmingham on 17th–18th September, and what a fantastic success they were! 👏
The teams completely knocked it out of the park, with ESS welcoming an amazing 12,231 visitors and 563 exhibitors, while ETS brought in a wonderful 7,660 visitors and 150 exhibitors. 🙌🙌
Both shows celebrated fantastic year-on-year growth, which is a brilliant reflection of the hard work and drive of everyone involved. 🩵

🎨 Pencils Down!: All designs have been finalised and we're absolutely buzzing to see our vision become reality when construction kicks off in November!
☀️ Let There Be Light: Floor-to-ceiling windows are currently being installed throughout the new office space! Sit back and drink in those stunning Wimbledon views!
🐕 Four-Legged Friends Welcome: Our tail hasn't stopped wagging since Wimbledon Quarter has given the green light for our dog-friendly office policy! Bring on those Nineteen pups! 🎉

We were proud to see so much Nineteen representation at the event, with three of our very own taking to the stage to share their experience and expertise with their peers. 👏👏
Philip Soar was joined by Melanie Smith CBE for an in-depth conversation about cross-sector leadership, building trust at lightning speed, and promoting BIG thinking! 💡✨
Mary Larkin did a hop, skip, and jump across the pond to feature in an all-star global panel exploring international growth, resilience strategies, as well as sharing her secret sauce for impactful events! 😉💪

Taking a Deep Dive into Data with Verity! 🤖🔏
Verity Noon, our Director of Customer Insights & Marketing Intelligence, has been taking us all on a refresher course on everything GDPR to ensure our Nineteeners have the latest intel on being GDPR compliant! 🧑🏫💻
Presenting to a packed room, Verity kept us all on our toes with a mixture of fascinating facts and some fast-paced questions. It was the ideal opportunity for our Nineteeners to understand the importance of being GDPR compliant, how the laws relate to our daily tasks, and to ask any data-related questions they may have.

Tuesday 9th September marked National Emergency Services Day in the UK! A day to celebrate the extraordinary dedication of the two million heroes who represent the emergency services and NHS across the country. 🫶
With the Emergency Services Show and Emergency Tech Show just around the corner, the timing was perfect to show our support and raise funds for a worthy cause through our Nineteen Bake Sale. 🍰🩵
From cupcakes and cookies to crumbles, our kitchen area was transformed into a delicious display of treats, lovingly baked by our talented Nineteen star bakers.

From Seoul to Success: InstallerSHOW Goes Global 🛫🌏🛠️
Henk and Joe from the InstallerSHOW team visited Navien's Seoul headquarters to explore the brand's ambitious UK and US expansion plans.
As a global leader dominating markets in South Korea, USA, and China, Navien continues its rapid growth trajectory. The team toured the Guro R&D Center, Eco Hub factory in Seotan, and Yeouido headquarters, witnessing the production process firsthand. 🏭👩🏭🫰
The factory represents the world's largest single-site boiler production facility, manufacturing 2 million units annually with plans to double capacity to 4 million in the coming years. 😯⁉️
Henk and Joe met with key executives, including the Vice President, heads of Global Marketing, Business Development, R&D, and Production.
Navien has exciting plans for InstallerSHOW 2026 and InstallerSHOW New York, where they'll showcase cutting-edge next-generation solutions. 💪 💪

The TM team embarked on six epic road trips around the UK and hosted the Judging Day at the Autodesk Technology Center in Birmingham. 🙌🙌
Our finalists brought their entries to life with fascinating factory tours and detailed presentations, impressing our expert panels and showcasing the very best in UK manufacturing. 🏭

September kicked off with a bit of Labor Day R&R 😎☀️before momentum quickly picked back up. In Boston, the team (aka Mary and Justin) has been busy setting up new office workstations, making space for hires we’ll be bringing on soon as the Americas business expands. 📈🚀
On the growth front, we’re inching closer to announcing our first U.S. acquisition with others to soon follow, while continuing to build out a comprehensive plan for what comes next. 👀

Surprise Graduation for Nirel
Our Singapore squad had mixed emotions this month, as Nirel Roshan's internship with us came to a close! 😢
