Nineteen Group Acquires FIT Show! 🪟✨
Knock, knock! Who’s there? FIT Show, the newest member of the Nineteen family! We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve acquired FIT Show from our friends over at Montgomery Group!
You could say, new windows (and doors) of opportunity are well and truly opening for Nineteen Group!
FIT Show is the UK’s go-to trade event for the windows, doors and glazing industry. Think of it as a one-stop shop for all things fabrication, bringing together around 10,000 industry experts and business owners, from manufacturers and fabricators to installers, architects, and specifiers.
It’s the perfect FIT (pun fully intended) for our growing built environment portfolio, and we can’t wait to throw open the doors to the 2027 edition, taking place 18-20 May at The NEC in Birmingham.

The Payments Association Acquires TPA EU 🚀
Big news from our partners at The Payments Association! On 1 October, TPA officially acquired The Payments Association EU, creating a powerhouse network of 350+ member organisations. 💳✨
Following a unanimous vote from TPA EU members, this marks the first big step in TPA’s international expansion. TPA EU will continue to be led from Luxembourg by Thibault de Barsy, keeping the priorities of its European members front and centre.
Alison Jackson described the move as “a significant first step” toward a shared ambition: “to grow its community, strengthen the value it provides to members and build its international reach.”
Congratulations to Emma Banymandhub, Tony Craddock, Thibault, Anders la Cour and the whole TPA team.

On 8 October, the team headed to the stunning New Wimbledon Theatre for the Merton Best Business Awards, and we came, we cheered, and we left with not one but TWO trophies:

Nineteen Goes Back to Skool (Again!) 🎓✨

Students asked brilliant questions about what makes an ideal marketing candidate, how to put your best foot forward, and why networking matters so much. We spotted plenty of lightbulb moments in the audience! 💡
Linh and Nick Lavin were also met with eager questions about careers at Nineteen, so we gave them the who, what, where, and why of B2B events. With the business growing fast, so are our graduate opportunities.

The Retail Soirée: Celebrating Our Retail Community 🛍️
On 22 October, our Retail Soirée at the iconic 3’6 bar at Fortnum & Mason was, quite simply, the toast of the town! 🥂
Senior leaders from some of the UK’s best-known retailers, including Selfridges, Specsavers, Hotel Chocolat and Primark, joined us for an evening celebrating all things retail. The room was full of energy, great conversations, and plenty of new relationships in the making. 🤝
The evening was a brilliant reminder of just how strong the community around Retail Technology Show has become. It’s not every day you get so many retail heavyweights under one roof, and we loved every minute of it. ✨
