Nineteen Group, one of the UK’s fastest-growing media and event organisers, has revealed plans for a new 18,000 sq ft headquarters in Wimbledon Quarter. Partnering with Oktra, the leading office design studio, the company is creating a cutting-edge workspace designed to support its growth and bring its event-driven culture to life. Set to become the central hub of its growing international network, the new HQ will connect its satellite locations in Hong Kong, Singapore, and the United States.

Construction is scheduled to begin in November 2025, with completion anticipated by April 2026. Expanding from their current space measuring at 9,500 sq ft, the move represents a strategic investment to support Nineteen’s rapid growth and evolving culture, integrating the energy of its live events into the core of its daily work environment.

The new HQ will feature immersive, experience-driven elements including landscaped sunken gardens, a fully equipped presentation stage, a professional media studio, a dedicated wellness suite, and more. These are complemented by interactive digital displays and bespoke joinery inspired by exhibition environments, all aimed at encouraging collaboration, focus, and innovation.

Oktra, whose high-profile projects include work with Adidas, Samsung, and Gymshark, was chosen for its expertise in creating people-first, future-ready workspaces.

“From the outset, our vision was to design a workplace that feels like an event,” said Alex Stewart, Project Director at Oktra. “It had to reflect the energy and ambition of Nineteen Group while meeting the practical needs of a growing, fast-paced business.”
