Nineteen Group Named One of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work for Second Consecutive Year, Now Recognised as a Big Organisation
25% organic growth sees Nineteen Group graduate from medium to big organisation category, achieving an 88% employee engagement score rated 'Excellent'
Nineteen Group is proud to announce it has been recognised in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026, powered by WorkL, for the second year running. This year marks a significant milestone, as Nineteen Group has been recognised for the first time in the Big Organisation category, having previously featured in the 2025 list as a Medium Organisation.
The accolade, one of the most respected workplace accreditations in the UK, is based on independent employee survey data assessed across six key pillars of workplace engagement.
Following the publication of the results in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list, Alison Jackson, CEO, Nineteen Group said: “Scaling a business is one thing. Scaling a culture is another. To be recognised again by The Sunday Times, this time as a big organisation, tells me we're doing both. I am incredibly proud of every person in this business, as this award is a reflection of our people's dedication. They are the beating heart of Nineteen Group, making it the organisation that we see today.”
The survey uses 26 questions from WorkL’s employee engagement survey to accurately quantify employee engagement, well-being, and effort in the workplace.
