Nineteen Group makes debut appearance on The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025 List
London, UK, 23 May 2025 – Nineteen Group is proud to announce its debut inclusion in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work in the UK 2025. Powered by WorkL, this prestigious list recognises exceptional employers across the country and today, Nineteen Group proudly joins their ranks for the very first time.
Recognised not only for overall employee satisfaction but also for its commitment to inclusion, wellbeing, and workplace culture, Nineteen Group joins a select group of employers celebrated for championing women, LGBTQIA+ individuals, disabled employees, ethnic minorities, and both younger and older workers.
At the heart of Nineteen Group’s success is its “culture-first” approach, grounded in its four core KADI values: Kind, Agile, Driven, and Inclusive. These principles shape every aspect of the employee experience and reflect the company’s belief that strong values build strong teams.
Commenting on the announcement, Peter Jones, CEO of Nineteen Group said: “I’m absolutely thrilled Nineteen has been named in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025. It’s a tremendous honour for our culture-first organisation to be recognised in this way. This award is a reflection of our people, their kindness, their agility, their drive, their inclusivity, and the unique culture we’ve built together. I couldn’t be prouder of the team.”
The survey uses 26 questions from WorkL’s employee engagement survey to accurately quantify employee engagement, well-being, and effort in the workplace. Notably, Nineteen Group scored an excellent average engagement score of 92% and stood out for its job satisfaction rating of 93% and reward & recognition rating of 91%. This is a fantastic achievement, and Nineteen Group is honoured to be recognised among the UK’s top employers dedicated to creating a positive workplace environment.
