The survey uses 26 questions from WorkL’s employee engagement survey to accurately quantify employee engagement, well-being, and effort in the workplace. Notably, Nineteen Group scored an excellent average engagement score of 92% and stood out for its job satisfaction rating of 93% and reward & recognition rating of 91%.  This is a fantastic achievement, and Nineteen Group is honoured to be recognised among the UK’s top employers dedicated to creating a positive workplace environment.
